We collect the details you submit through our forms (name, contact details and trip preferences) solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your travel. Passport and insurance details are collected only when needed to process permits and bookings.

How we protect your data

Personal documents are stored securely, accessed only by staff who need them, and deleted or archived 12 months after your trip unless you ask us to keep them. We never sell your data.
